Strawberry & Blueberry Smoothie
B asked the folks on the Facebook page what to do with her blueberries, make muffins or a smoothie. Most people suggested that she make both. And she did. The muffin recipe is on the FB wall. Here is her smoothie recipe.
- 1/2 cup milk (vanilla almond milk, vanilla soy milk, or regular milk)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 6 oz nonfat vanilla yogurt
Add all of the ingredients into your blend and mix until it is the desired texture. Enjoy!
